Great app but Im stuck. I signed out earlier and Im trying to sign back in and its not sending me a text code. I tried to contact customer support about it but in order to contact them, you have to have a text confirmation to sign in... I cant contact them because Im not getting a text code to sign in to begin with... Can someone ask this and post their response? Its not my cell network or anything on my end...

I really would love to be able to use this app... But I cant... :(

Absolutely no support. No phone numbers and no returned emails. Sorry but when I am having an issue with your app over THOUSANDS of dollars, I expect a resolution we arent talking $5 here. Scammers

Its such a convenient app. I use it for family friends and business. Theres codes to get $5 credit too! Definitely recommend it to everyone

This app is absolutely phenomenal - especially if you send/receive money using your bank account via debit card. Transactions are instantaneous and sooo much easier than Western Union, and cheaper than PayPal. AWESOME!

I was looking for a way to send my daughter, who lives in another state, some money fast without having to wait up to 3 days to go into her account. I found this app, and the money went through immediately. Perfect! And she works for me by Internet, also, so bye bye PayPal. Definitely a 5 star app!

Hello, I accidentally cashed out and sent money to the wrong account and I wouldnt have it until Monday I didnt wanna do that ... Now Im trying to contact support and I get no answer or call back , if I could speak to a live person and he this fixed Id have no issues but theres no live person so until then it will be 1 star

I never leave reviews but I am blown away that a company as popular as square can get away with having no customer support number for their app nor a chat system like venmo. My payment was returned to a friend with no reason given whatsoever. The money was held in limbo at my bank for 3 days and I had to have the money to my friend by a certain time. I tried many times to reach out to square but they respond to emails hours later each time. No live communication. Im SHOCKED that an app that handles your money does not have a live customer support system. Very sketchy. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I did get $5 for the refer a friend thing which was instantly deposited into my account. For an app with actual live customer support and security go with Venmo. Sent the payment with them after cash app rejected it and it went through without issue.

We used this app s couple times, simple, worked a little better that much hated or disliked PayPal. We needed to transfer some cash at the last minute (Friday at 7pm)... Money transfer, left the account and then never happened. The app told us it would be in the account in 4 days (Tuesday). No support, no one to call, lost funds, you cant cancel the transaction. Literally lost the money, the entire purpose of the app was lost and worthless. Inconsistent, unreliable, no support... US postal service would be more effective and more reliable then this app.

I emailed them and tryed to contact them!! Very up set!

So far this app has been really helpful and easy to use.
