Its worked perfect for my first 2 transactions and Ive received 2 $5 credits for referrals, BUT my third transaction only received $194.50 of the $200 I sent. Has anyone else had this happen? It says "FREE" but is there a hidden fee?

This app used to be excellent for getting cash INSTANTLY. Ive been using it several times a week for months. When I first started using it, the money would deposit instantly. Lately, the deposits are taking longer and longer. Its been taking hours or days for money to be available. When someone uses an app like this it means that for whatever reason cash is needed right now, not in a few hours, not tomorrow not next week...NOW! I called support, which is a frustrating and protracted process in itself, and was told that the more people that begin using the app will push the deposit time to the advertised 1-2 day period. Just getting in touch with customer support is a nightmare because each time you want to call, you have to go online and log in to your account to obtain a customer code. Then you have to call in and enter the code with your phone. Once you do this, if it takes longer than five minutes to reach a representative you are forced to leave your number and get a callback. A company who is dealing with peoples money should be much more transparent and accessible. People use this app because they want instant access to funds, they dont want to wait a day or two for deposits to be sent and they definitely dont want a day or two to reach customer support. Because of the serious decline in the deposit time and the difficulty in reaching customer support I am seriously looking for another method of getting cash instantly. If Square does not step their game up, this once great app is going to be a giant failure.
